Roslyn McLeod OAM

Managing Director

Roslyn McLeod is the Managing Director and founder of arinex, which opened its first office in Sydney in 1973. With close to 40 years of experience, Roslyn’s significant contribution to the tourism industry has been recognised via multiple awards including the Federal Tourism Minister’s Special Award for outstanding contribution by an individual. In 1999 Roslyn received the highest form of appreciation when on Australia Day she was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia by the Queen’s representative for contribution to inbound tourism.

Sonja Soderbom

Manager, Destination Management

Sonja has been working in the tourism industry for over 15 years. As an effortless multi-tasker with fantastic creativity, she holds strong operations experience that has seen her manage high-profile programs for over 13,000 guests. As the manager of arinex Destination Management, Sonja is able to daily optimise and share her unique combination of creative skills and project management with her team and clients alike.
