Delegates and their accompanying persons often wish to enjoy the surroundings of their conference, which results in the day tours and pre and post tours program being an integral part of the conference’s success.

Upon appointment, one of our senior tour managers will be allocated to your program. To ensure accurate program tailoring, we begin with discussions of your past programs and an understanding of the demographics of your attendees.

Programs can be tailored for all nationalities with specific attention to cultural and dietary needs.

Once we have a firm grasp of your requirements, we will prepare a detailed tour proposal designed to complement your conference agenda.
